Alice Aoun is a whole food plant-based cuisine entrepreneur who has an immense passion for words, nature, and arts. After studying Literature, she traveled the world uncovering different experiences, flavors, and scents which she started expressing through her dishes.
She completed a professional raw plant-based culinary program with Plant lab and quickly became a Recipe Developer, an Educator, and a Food Stylist. She explores techniques such as fermentation and aging in her creations.
Her projects include an upcoming vegan cheese line, a nomad school, as well as a raw chocolate laboratory. She defines her work ethics as ethereal, merging her two passions for words and tastes. She uses culinary arts similar to literature in order to compose a poem.
